Privacy Policy

This policy applies to ByteSanctum AI (bytesanctum.ai).

Draft placeholder — this policy is a starting point and will be reviewed and expanded before launch.

Overview

ByteSanctum AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit bytesanctum.ai, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible and do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • Information you provide. When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond to you.
  • Technical information. Our servers may record standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, for security and to keep the site running reliably.
  • Analytics data. If you consent, we collect aggregated usage information as described below.

Cookies and consent

Non-essential and analytics cookies are disabled by default. On your first visit a consent banner asks whether you agree to analytics and related cookies; nothing beyond what is strictly necessary loads until you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, which re-opens the consent banner.

Analytics and Google Tag Manager

When enabled and only after you consent, ByteSanctum AIuses Google Tag Manager to load analytics tags that help us understand how the site is used in aggregate. These tags run under Google Consent Mode, which is set to denied by default until you accept. Declining leaves the site free of these trackers. Where our contact form is protected by reCAPTCHA, Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also apply.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, to operate and secure bytesanctum.ai, and — with your consent — to improve the site through aggregated analytics. We retain contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your request.
